10,000 Maniacs & George Glew

Episode 59

This week, Aaron and Brent look at the music of a 28 year old Welsh singer-songwriter and a multi-platinum selling band that helped define the college rock scene of the 80s and 90s.

With musical influences ranging from Bon Iver to John Mayer, Aaron highlights three songs from the Welsh-born, Bristol-based musician George Glew.

Taking their name from the 1964 low-budget horror movie Two Thousand Maniacs!, Brent spotlights three songs from the Natalie Merchant-era of 10,000 Maniacs.
